How It Works?
- APPLY VIA THE FORM (Available in France only). Upload clear photos of the item(s) you’d like to send.
- RECEIVE YOUR PREPAID LABEL. Drop your parcel at a Pickup Point near you. Return costs fully covered.
- WE RECEIVE & CHECK YOUR ITEM(S). All returns are processed in internal, where our team verifies that your items meet the quality and acceptance criteria defined by our partner association (only items that comply with these conditions are approved and passed on for reuse or recycling).
- GET REWARDED. Once your return is validated, you receive a discount code based on the number of items sent.

What Items Are Accepted?
- Eligible Items: we accept a wide range of sportswear and accessories including T-shirts, long sleeves, tanks, polos, joggers, shorts, leggings, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, sports bags, caps, beanies, and towels.
- Quality Requirements: All items must be clean and freshly washed, free from stains, holes, tears, heavy wear, or excessive pilling. Accessories must be fully functional, including zippers and straps.
- Brand Policy: All sportswear brands are welcome. Northern Spirit, Nike, Reebok, TYR, NoBull, and more. As long as the items meet the quality standard

Yes. All return labels are prepaid by Northern Spirit, and you can drop your parcel at any Colissimo Pickup Point at no cost.

They are delivered to a recycling and reintegration association located in the South-East of France, where they are sorted, reused, or transformed depending on their condition.
Can I use my discount on sale items?
Can I use my discount on sale items?
No. The discount is only valid on full-price collections, including permanent and new arrivals, and cannot be applied to sale or outlet items.

The Recycle Program is currently limited to customers located in France, as return shipping costs outside the country are significantly higher.
