Can I modify or cancel my order?

To modify or cancel an order, please contact us and provide your order number.

  • If your order is already with the carrier, you won't be able to modify or cancel it. In this case, you'll need to return the product following the return instructions.
  • If you wanted another product that is no longer available, don't worry, we'll refund your order or, if you prefer, send you a voucher equivalent to the amount of your order.

What payment options are available?

You can use various payment methods: credit card, PayPal.

We accept all credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Carte Bleue.


How do I change my delivery address?

When your order has still not been shipped, it is possible to change the delivery address by contacting our customer service.

After the shipment of your order, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Your order is shipped within 48 hours of receiving your payment.

For standard shipping, please allow 2 to 8 days to receive your order.
Next-day delivery in France is possible with DHL Express, for an additional fee.
International delivery times depend on the destination.

What happens if my package is damaged?

All packages are shipped 'sealed', oversized, and protected.

If the package appears damaged to you, you can refuse it from your delivery person. The package will be automatically returned to us.

If your products are still in stock, we will promptly make a new shipment for you.

If, unfortunately, your products are no longer in stock, we will provide you with a voucher of equivalent value to place a new order on the website.

My order is held up by customs.

We will take the necessary steps to unblock it. This may be due to missing information or documents. In this case, we may need to contact customs directly to provide the necessary documents.

Returns and Refunds

Can I get a refund for my order?

At Northern Spirit, we want to make sure that you will be happy with your experience on our e-shop.

That's why there are 3 possible options:

Option 1: Return for refund
We will automatically refund you in the form of a voucher usable on our site within 6 months. Upon request, we can also refund you to the payment method used for the order. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Option 2: Return for exchange
Upon receiving your package, we will provide you with a voucher so you can order your new item. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Option 3: Damaged item or our mistake
In this case, we will send you a prepaid return label and will send you another product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrectly sent item.

How long do I have to make a return?

If you are not satisfied by your products or they don't fit you, you can make a return.

  • As a private customer, you have 15 days to return the goods to us (on delivery date).
  • As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods to us (on delivery date).

Northern Spirit undertakes to satisfy you and collect your items within 15 days from the delivery date attested by the interfaces of the carriers/deliverers.

How to return product(s)?

Send back the product(s) you wish to return directly or contact us if you want to file a complaint.

If the return is made from countries outside France or by any private carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.), please contact us.

The product must be returned in its entirety with its hangtag and its original packaging.

If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your request and keep the product.
