How long do I have to make a return?
If you are not satisfied by your products or they don't fit you, you can make a return.
- As a private customer, you have 15 days to return the goods to us (on delivery date).
- As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods to us (on delivery date).
Northern Spirit undertakes to satisfy you and collect your items within 15 days from the delivery date attested by the interfaces of the carriers/deliverers.
Can I get a refund?
At Northern Spirit, we want to make sure that you will be happy with your experience on our e-shop.
That's why there are 2 possible compensations:
Option 1: return for refund
We do not refund money but only in the form of a voucher (reusable on our site within 6 months). Shipping costs included.
Option 2: return for exchange
- It's a mistake on our part: send us an email to happy@northernspirit-sport.com we deal with the problem (attach a product photo if necessary)
- This is a mistake on your part: you return the package to us at your expense. Once received, we give you a voucher with the returned product(s) amount (shipping costs included)
How to return product(s)?
1. Send the product(s) you want to return directly or write us if you want to make a complain
- If the return is made via the French classic postal system (Colissimo), please send to the following address:

- If the return is made from countries outside France or by any private carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.), please send to the following address:

2. The product must be returned in its entirety with its hangtag and its original packaging.
If the return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right not to accept your request and keep the product.
