Contest Rules: Affiliate Contest
WIN $5000 FOR YOUR AFFILIATE BOX & 1 YEAR OF NORTHERN SPIRIT AND CROSSFIT® APPAREL
Organizer: SAS AFM, 22 Boulevard des Droits de l'Homme, 69120 Vaux-en-Velin, France.
Duration of the Contest: from Thursday, May 16, 2024, at 8:00 AM until Tuesday, August 14, 2024, at midnight.
Article 1: Conditions of Participation
This contest is open to everyone regardless of residence or age. Participation is completely free and no purchase is necessary. To participate, interested parties must visit https://northernspirit-sport.com/pages/affiliate-contest and enter their email address along with the name of their affiliated CrossFit® box. Only one entry per email is allowed.
Article 2: Winner Selection
The winner will be determined by a random draw to be held between August 15 and August 30, 2024. Only one email will be selected.
Article 3: Announcement of Results
The winner will be contacted by email at the end of August 2024. Results will also be announced on the organizer's website and social media platforms.
Article 4: Prizes
The prize consists of $5000 awarded to the CrossFit® box affiliated with the winning email, and one year of apparel valued at up to $1500 for the holder of the winning email. The winner may choose up to $500 of CrossFit® apparel and $1000 of Northern Spirit apparel from the websites https://northernspirit-sport.com/ or https://us.northernspirit-sport.com/. Prizes will be transferred on the last business day of August. There is no cash or other alternative for the prizes won.
Article 5: Prize Collection
Details for claiming the prize will be provided directly to the winner by email. The winner will be responsible for shipping costs if they reside outside the United States or Europe.

The personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for contest management and prize distribution, in accordance with data protection regulations, including the GDPR. By participating, you also consent to receive our email marketing communications and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time via our emails.
Article 7: Disputes and Liabilities
The organizer cannot be held responsible for any malfunction related to the method of participation via the Internet or any other technical problem. In the event of disputes, an amicable resolution will be sought.
Article 8: Changes and Cancellation of the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the contest if circumstances require it, without any compensation to participants.
Article 9: Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
