Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
The standard shipping method is sent by letter with tracking or Colissimo tracking depending on the dimensions of the package.
On your customer account, by going to the order concerned, you will find the tracking number and the link to track the shipment of packages.

All packages are sent "sealed", oversized and protected.
If it seems damaged, you have the right to refuse it from your delivery person/postman and the package will be automatically returned to us.
Are you not satisfied with your products? They don't suit you? You can change your mind!
- As a private customer, you have 15 days to return the goods to us.
- As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods to us.
Northern Spirit undertakes to satisfy you and collect your items within 15 days from the delivery date attested by the interfaces of the carriers/deliverers.
Option 1: return for refund
We do not refund money but only in the form of a voucher (reusable on our site within 6 months)
We will refund the shipping costs in this case if the customer has paid for them.
Option 2: return for exchange
