How long do I have to make a return?
If you are not satisfied by your products or they don't fit you, you can make a return.
- As a private customer, you have 15 days to return the goods to us.
- As a professional customer, you have 1 month to return the goods to us.
Northern Spirit undertakes to satisfy you and collect your items within 15 days from the delivery date attested by the interfaces of the carriers/deliverers.
Can I get a refund?
At Northern Spirit, we want to make sure that you will be happy with your experience on our e-shop.
That's why there are 2 possible compensations:
Option 1: return for refund
We do not refund money but only in the form of a voucher (reusable on our site within 6 months). Shipping costs included.
Option 2: return for exchange
- It's a mistake on our part: we send you a return slip by email.
- This is a mistake on your part: you return the package to us at your expense. and we give you a voucher with the order amount (shipping costs included)
How to return a product?
1. Print the invoice.
2. Circle the product (s) you wish to return.
3. Specify us on the document if you want an exchange or refund (read the conditions above). Put it in the return package.

- If the return is made by any private carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.), please send to the following address: WODABOX - Bt C 400 Avenue du Passe-temps - 13400 AUBAGNE.
